Most support work is carried out remotely. But if your company requires an on-site engineer for support or any IT enhancement projects, we can offer skilled engineers who would help achieve these objectives. These tasks can vary from liasing with your existing application software or hardware vendors to work alongside your IT department providing extra holiday cover.

Contract on-site support can be subscribed for up front in day blocks. This entitles you to call these day's off as and when required as long as we are given a days notice, If you run out of your contracted day blocks then you may place an order for more.

System Health Checks
These can be performed on a quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis, depending on the size and complexity of your installation. An engineer will visit your site on an arranged date to check your hardware and associated operating systems to ascertain whether or not they are running at optimal efficiency. Following each visit a report will be presented to you, outlining our findings and making any recommendations for improvements where appropriate.
